Returns & Exchanges
If a piece is not perfect, we will collect it from your door and refund or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate
Email care@auralife.com with your order number. We will arrange a prepaid, insured courier pickup at no cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the piece arriving back at our atelier.
Exceptions
Engraved, resized, or bespoke commissions are final sale and cannot be returned.
